PAYMENTS MADE TO USVISAPAY - REFUNDS & CREDITS

• The payment(s) received for the U.S. Visa Application Fees are non-transferable and non-refundable once the deposit has been made at the bank in Mexico.  No exceptions.
• The payment(s) received for the U.S. Visa Application Fees are only refundable if the deposit has not been made at the bank in Mexico minus a USVISAPAY Service Fee of $50.00.  No exceptions.
• The payment(s) received for the Lodging and/or Transportation Services are fully refundable minus a USVISAPAY Service Fee of $75.00 USD if canceled within the time you book and up to 72 hours before your ASC appointment time/date that is initially registered with this payment.  The total amount can be applied towards a 100% credit for a future reservation within a time frame of 6 months from the day it is canceled.  Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used when initially registering with USVISAPAY.
• The payment(s) received for the Lodging and/or Transportation Services are fully refundable minus a USVISAPAY Service Fee of $199.00 if booked and/or canceled from 0 to 72 hours from the ASC appointment date/time that is initially registered with this payment.  The remaining balance can be applied towards a credit for a future reservation within a time frame of 6 months from the day it is canceled or issued in the form of a refund using the same payment method when initially registering with USVISAPAY.

AIRPORT SHUTTLE

• Airport shuttle services are available 24 hours a day via private driver.
• It is the client's responsibility to inform USVISAPAY via text message or WhatsApp message when boarding the direct or connecting flight to Mexico City to confirm the arrival time.
• It is the client's responsibility to keep USVISAPAY informed of any flight delays that may occur in a timely manner to prevent dispatching the private driver.
• Drivers will wait at the airport for a time period of up to 1 hour after the scheduled arrival time before departing the airport.  Additional charges up to $45.00 USD will apply for the airport shuttle should your flight arrive after 1 hour and the service is requested once again.  Communication is key to preventing this.

LODGING/HOTELS

• The payment(s) made to USVISAPAY for lodging/hotel covers the room & tax only.
• You will be responsible for any additional nights and/or charges to the room.  Any USVISAPAY discounts will transfer to you until you check-out/depart the hotel.
• You will be required to leave a credit card with the front desk for any additional charges such as food, room service, print-outs, etc.
• Additional nights will be billed directly to the client's credit card at the USVISAPAY discounted rate(s).
