All Visa applicants, including children, are required to pay a  non-refundable and non-transferable Non-immigrant Visa (MRV) application  fee.  Payment of the  Visa application fee is required whether or not an application results  in the issuance of a U.S. Visa.  All visa application fees must be paid in person at the bank in Mexico as of August 29, 2017.
