Step 1. Fill Online Request Form

Online Service Request Form

Fill the USVP Online Service Request Form.  The MRV Payment Instructions PDF does not contain any personal contact information (name, phone, email) that allows us to connect it to you.  Therefore, we ask that you fill out this form to help us process your payment and email you the scanned image of the receipt promptly.

Please only fill this form if you intend to complete Step 2 (below) and email us the MRV PDF/PIN immediately after.

Step 2. Email PDF to USVISAPAY

Email the MRV Payment Instructions PDF that contain the PIN and amount in Pesos to info@usvisapay.com as soon as you finish filling out the form to avoid any delays.  We will print the form and take it to the bank along with the funds necessary to complete the payment.

Please note that the MRV PDF has an expiration date.  You will need to generate a new PDF if it expires prior to it being paid.

Step 3. Receive Online Invoice

We (USVISAPAY) will now complete Step 3 and send you a detailed online invoice via PayPal to cover the exact US Visa Application (MRV) Fee, USVISAPAY service fee, and 3% payment processing/transaction fee, unless you prefer to pay using Zelle or Venmo.  See Step 4 below.

We will do our best to send you the invoice right away, however, most invoices are usually generated at the end of the working day between 8 - 10 P.M. CST for next day processing.

Step 4. Pay USVISAPAY

Please review the online invoice and make the payment using your credit card for fastest service.  Payments sent using your checking/savings account will need to clear before we can process the payment on your behalf.

Step 5. Receive Copy of Receipt

We will send you a scanned image of the receipt in a PDF file once we are back in the U.S.  Please allow 2 - 4 hours to receive the copy as traffic and wait times returning to U.S. can be heavy.  The copy will serve as your proof of payment and should be kept for your personal records.
